The IMN GmbH is a medium sized company, which specialise in the re-marketing of high quality IT systems. For more than 35 years we have supplied customers throughout Europe with individually configured systems according to their wishes and requirements.

Each company has its own and specific requirements regarding their IT architecture. Therefore we will always provide you with exactly the system you need. We will not supply you with anything from the peg, instead we assemble your individual high-quality system exactly the way it is required and of course with included warranty. On request we will also include a full-service contract. The IMN GmbH was founded in 1989. It was our greatest concern to provide customers with high-quality, reconditioned (rufurbished) IT systems, which scarcely differ in quality from new systems. At that time IMN was one of the first companies, operating in the field of IT remarketing in Germany.
We are proud to state that in the past 35 years, we were able to prove our proficiency to various companies in Germany, but also in other European countries not just to meet but also to exceed their expectations and requirements.
Already at a very early stage our pathway of success confirmed that we were able to establish our corporate concept of IT-systems-re-utilisation in an ecological and environmentally friendly way.

End of Life Systems by IMN
The short product life cycles of many manufacturers’ products can often be a nuisance: No sooner have you installed the latest version of a server system, often a newer model is thrown on the market to replace them. Therefore it all too often seems difficult to implement a homogeneous hardware environment. This is where we can help:
Within the shortest possible time IMN are able to provide you with a variety of systems, which are no longer produced by the manufacturer, in your desired configuration. Warranty is of course always included. On request you could also opt for a service contract, which offers you the chance to expand your existing infrastructure with reliable and well-established systems. If you choose one of our favourable service contracts, we can grant you a price advantage of up to 60% on the original price, including warranty coverage of your used device that scarcely differs from that of a new one.
Favourable supply of spare parts within the shortest possible time
In our warehouse we have a wide range of spare parts and upgrade devices for you. If your order reaches us till 4pm, we are able to deliver major components such as power supplies, memory upgrades, CPU's, fans, hard drives, controllers, switches, routers and much more on the following day as of 7 am. Also direct deliveries on the same day are possible. This alternative to new parts is of particular interest for service companies, because with our certified replacement parts we are able to increase your margin with on-going maintenance contracts. Be smart and use our spare part distribution to your advantage!
Upgrades for current and end of life systems
Sometimes it is not advisable to upgrade used systems with brand new parts. Instead we recommend refurbishing: We can provide you with upgrades for all common systems with well-proven quality for all current, as well as end of life systems. As we always provide you with original parts from the manufacturer, an integration of used components in an existing maintenance agreement is no problem.

Not all systems can be found on the second hand market. But still with us you do not have to go without the price advantage. Contact our sales team and we will find the best price for you- even for new products!

In addition to the classic purchase IMN also offer you to lease the systems you need. Thus you can protect your equity and increase liquidity for your core business, whilst improving your credit rating. And when the leasing contract ends, you do not have to bother with the disposal of your old systems. If you decide on a used system from IMN, you will benefit from our special low leasing rates, and as they count as direct business expenses, you can therefore even reduce the tax burden of your business.
The IT rental system of IMN – A lower risk does not exist!
In addition to leasing we can also offer you a rental model, which provides you with yet another decisive advantage, besides the usual financial benefits of leasing, such as balance neutrality or equity protection: We take over your operational and financial risks for the IT systems, supplied by us. No one can offer more security. Furthermore all rental servers and systems of IMN come including an integrated service contract -which -for an additional charge- could of course be adapted to your individual security needs.
