• Who is IMN?

    IMN GmbH is an IT trading firm, which specialised in the remarketing of used IT-systems. We are a team of 12 employees and have been well established in the market for more than 35 years we. By globally purchasing and selling high-quality IT systems and components, we offer our customers in every aspect a great alternative to a new system purchase. High quality and great value of the products, we offer, are our first priority.

  • Why don’t you have prices on your webpage?

    The market for used IT-systems is always changing. With a range of over 6,000 articles, it is not possible to always keep prices of all items up to date. We want to offer you our products at the best prices and do not just want to state prices as „reference points“. To ensure that you will get our best prices for our systems and components, we always create a quotation on request. Just click on the request button, which you will find on each product listing and you will immediately receive a current and non-binding offer at best terms. 

  • Do you issue a warranty on your products?

    Of course! IMN grant you a functionality guaranty (Bring-In) on all systems and components. The warranty period is however dependent on the product – for detailed information please feel free to contact our sales team. All used systems, which are sold by IMN to non-professional end users, have a 1-year statutory warranty.

  • How fast can you deliver?

    If you wish, we will deliver many systems and components within 24h. Please ask our sales team for a binding offer regarding the delivery time of the required systems or components.

  • To whom does IMN sell their products?

    IMN sell their goods to all companies, public authorities and legally competent persons inside Germany as well as abroad.

  • Can I sell to IMN?

    Of course! – A purchase is however dependent on the product. In order to be able to submit a purchase offer, please let us have a description of your systems as detailed as possible. 

  • How can I place an order with IMN?

    After the receipt of the quotation you may send your written order preferably via email or fax. You will then receive an order confirmation from the responsible sales person. 

  • How can I pay for an order, I placed with IMN?

    IMN offers the following options for payment: 

     

    • Payment on invoice
    • Payment in advance
    • COD (cash on delivery)
    • PayPal
    • Payment in cash 

     

    You may discuss your personal terms of payment with our sales team. 

  • Are requests, I send to you, free of charge and obligation?

    Yes.

  • Do you only sell those products, that are displayed on you website?

    We cover mostly all systems and components of every leading IT-producer. Since the IT market is highly diverse, one has to be exclusive and selective! IMN have specialised in the following brands:

  • Do you run quality checks?

    All systems and components are tested by in-house technicians before their delivery, to ensure their functionality and quality.

  • What if a system or component is defective during the warranty period?

    If a system or component is defective within the warranty period, you will get a replacement on short notice or we will alternatively issue a credit note- subject to availability. Should the systems be still under manufacturer guaranty, please visit the manufacturer’s website to obtain information regarding the terms of guaranty and to find out, whether you as a purchaser of used systems will be able to profit by the guaranty.

  • Are all systems equipped with original parts?

    As far as not stated otherwise in our quotations, all systems and components are original parts from the respective manufacturer.

  • Do you offer maintenance services for systems purchased from you?

    As all systems and components (unless stated otherwise) are original parts from the respective manufacturer, a maintenance contract is principally possible.

    Dependent on the maintenance contractor, costs for incoming inspection or initial maintenance could arise. IMN have strong partners, which are manufacturer-specific specialised in the maintenance of IT-systems. 

    We are happy to assist you, with finding an appropriate service partner for you.

  • Do you also install the systems?

    In principal, we do install systems. Since our product range is very wide, we use however some selected sub-contractors, who can guarantee expertise and reliable installation of our systems - nationwide. 

    If you would like to have a system, which you purchased from us, professionally installed on-site, please feel free to contact us.

  • Do you also offer systems for rent?

    Generally IMN systems are also for rent.  Please clarify the availability of the systems with your sales agent.

  • Do you have a retail shop where you display the systems you offer?

    We do not have a retail shop. All systems and components are kept safe in our warehouse. However we encourage you to visit our firm any time. The directions can be found under the menu item "Contact us" on this website.

  • Can I purchase the articles on the spot and take them with me immediately?

    Generally, yes. However, as we do not have a retail store and since all systems are stored, an immediate entrainment is possible only prior to a telephone agreement. 

  • Do you deliver globally?

    Yes. Through our carefully selected forwarding partners, we can supply in almost every country in the world.

  • Can I organise the transportation and delivery of the purchased goods myself?

    Of course! However, please make a binding appointment before the collection of the goods.
